Getting Back on the Horse

Long time, no post. Gigging has been put on the back burner whilst we put the finishing touches to our CD which will be available from next Friday 1 July (see www.wangdang.com for details). As a result we have been quiet on the gig front but are ready to burst back into action with a gig at the Dundee Blues Bonanza next weekend. We have been lucky to get a good slot at one of the bigger venues - it goes to show hard work pays off! The venue is the Doghouse and we are due to close the night there from 9.00 to 11.30. We will of course feature all 10 original tracks from the CD plus all the usual favourites.

Back to the recording. The sessions were recorded at Butterstone Studios near Dunkeld and were engineered by Jamie MacLean who used his keen ears to help us when we couldn't see the wood for the trees.
